Goosenecks State Park is located near the southern border of the state of Utah. The park is 'simply' an overlook into the 1000 ft. deep meanders of the San Juan River that runs from southern Colorado through Utah and finally into Lake Powell where it joins the Colorado River. At some point in time, people from Phoenix ...

I've made this panorma with a 300mm zoom lens, so you can zoom quite a bit. ;-) Sorry for the glitches, the width of this pano was too wide to open in Photoshop, so I couldn't alter anything on this panorama.

I was shooting East to include much of the Pantiles area including - Mottrams Kitchen Shop (great to visit!), the Duke of York Pub which I believe also owns the Ragged Trousers Pub opposite (one of my favourites) and of course, the pretty Tourist Informa...

As you approach you can see both the upper and lower falls. As you get closer you can only see the lower falls. At this time of year (late fall) there is little water coming over the falls and it allowed people to play on the rocks below. Canon S5IS Gigapan Epic 100

This is my first attempt at a large pano. I intened it to be an HDR, but I did not do the settings correctly. Will have to try again. :) It was very windy so I am not sure if that was why I have some spaces that are out of focus, if its not from shake. I also need to still figure out how to edit the photo before up...

During the recent king tides California has seen some impressive coastal action. In this shot we attempt to capture that action all at once. Paying particular detail to shooting at times of chaos. Each frame was hand selected from 6 and compared to what would be surrounding images to insure the crashing water, surg...

Working with AutoPano Pro. I thought I had covered all of the ground when shooting, but for some reason the software is havin...

From the tower at the Chanel Islands National Park. This was taken on Memorial Day 2009 as part of a set from the tower. Lots of activity on the water resulted in lots of things getting cut off. Taken using Gigapan Epic 100 and Canon S5 IS
