My dream of using an IR camera on the gigapan is coming to fruition! There's some funky stuff happening here -- partly because of a battery dying partway through, partly because of some wobble? But this was taken in pitch black darkness, no flash, with an IR lamp for illumination. Tomorrow -- vampire bats mark 2!

This is a 360° panorama composed of 901 21.2 megapixel images from the summit of Mauna Kea. Translated from Hawaiian, Mauna Kea means "White Mountain".
