$7 Entry fee to the park, nice park with a campground. Keep off the rocks. Saw dolphins, stingrays and a small sea turtle while this one was getting shot. Messed up due to the ISO being set to 400 which really lowered the quality.

This is the 4th Gigapan I've ever taken. Still learning about camera settings. Having a beautifull day like this helps a lot, though. This was taken from Palos Verdes looking north towards LA & Malibu.

Port Canaveral is a popular port of call for a number of cruise ships. In this shot you can see the Carnival Cruise Line's ship "Sensation" as well as the Disney "Wonder". The Sensation seemed to be undergoing rennovation with cranes and cargo containers being loaded on the deck. If you look at the staging area to the ...

How many cacti can you find in this GigaPan? (Species, if not individual cactus plants.) Points for the most original cactus and caption. Perhaps a biologist could actually use this for some sort of genuine scientific cactus count? Next, find the hikers. And maybe someone lucky will find the jackrabbit...

This is a smaller and slightly wider view taken during the shooting of a much larger GigaPan with the second unit. I'll upload the bigger one next.

The Disney cruise ships are beautiful boats designed to reflect the classic sailing era of the early 20th century. The Wonder was docked at it's home port at Port Canaveral in Florida where this shot was taken. Having been on a Disney Cruise I can attest to the quality of the experience, it was wonderful! I messed up t...
