  4. Early morning sun breaks through as the dramatic black storm clouds hang in the west. This is one of the more than 25 GigaPans I recorded on a weekend trip to Southern Alberta. I put on more than 1960 km on the 3 day trip on the Canada Day weekend. Milk River is close to the Canada-US border at Coutts & Sweetgrass.

  5. Ancient petroglyphs along the Milk River in southern Alberta. There were also a few rattlesnakes in the area, including one under the rocks where I had the camera set up. I heard it rattle before I saw it. See if you can find the shed skin not more than 6 feet from the camera

  6. Began in 1888, the Markerville Creamery served the many dairy farmers in the Medicine Valley west of Red Deer, Alberta. The truck is a 1931 International. In the early days, ice was cut from the river in winter to refrigerate the dairy.
