Ferenciek tere (Franciscan Place) is the name of a metro station and a 'square' in Budapest. You can't see much of a square now because it has a major arterial route running through it (left to right in the image). The entrance to the metro station is left of centre.

A typical scene in central Budapest. This shot shows the Great Market and the Corvinius University. To appreciate the size of the market have a look at gigapan.com/gigapans/116713/snapshots/299589 and zoom out a little. There is a close-up of the chemist's here gigapan.com/gigapans/117442

Erzsébet Tér (Elizabeth Square) in the centre of Budapest. Named for a much-loved royal who was mudered by an Italian anarchist. There is another shot here: www.gigapan.com/gigapans/116757
