The view down the long axis of Glastonbury Abbey Church.
I may post an improved version of this later - I took three images per shot to use a noise reduction technique, but I need to sort out some software issues first.
It's noticable that only the tallest sections are truly in focus... zoom in too far on the near or far sections, and things start to get fuzzy. This is a limitation of standard gigapanning technique. There is a way round it, but I'd have to shoot the scene three t...

The hugely successful Glastonbury Festival 2010 saw acts as diverse as Rolf Harris, Jackson Browne, Shakira, Pet Shop Boys, Fisherman's Friends, Jack Johnston, Stevie Wonder and Nora Jones all perform to a crowd of over 180,000 people. Unusually the legendary mud was missing this year and they had the hottest days of the summer so far. This was the 40th Anniversary of the festival on Worthy Farm near Pilton.
