Oh dear. Looks like while there was more than enough overlap between images, the perspective change became too large and the stitcher is not happy...shame, really. Done using the Digital Zuko 50 f2 lens.

This was done with the Leica 100 f4 lens on a bellows with a 2x telextender (Leica) to match. Forgot to change the camera's manual ISO settings from 1000 to 200, hence the grain. :-(

Yikes! This is what happens when even a slight wind moves leaves around: stitcher errors. :-( This was done with an ancient Leitz 100 f4 mounted on bellows with a 2x telexender attached to match the 200mm field of view of the lens of the previous gigapan.

Sigh. Changing weather and failing eyes - the individual photos aren't entirely in focus - conspire to make this gigpan...less than inspiring. View it as a test. :-) Kit: Epic 100, Olympus E510, Leica Telyt-R 180 f3.4 lens via adapter, exposure 1/500th @f8, ISO 100 Location was the 55th floor of the Main Tower in Fra...

Same story as Main Tower I: weather, focus problems. This is the view 180° from Main Tower I and is roughly westwards. Same technical info as Main Tower I, but exposure was 1/60th second. The strength of the winds can be seen in the numerous frames that are unsharp because of motion: the tripod I am using needs to be...

Well, the title is a bit misleading, as this really isn't much of a skyline. It is a gigapan of the St. Catherine's Church in Frankfurt on the Hauptwache in Frankfurt, at the end of the Zeil pedestrian zone. It is the largest evangelical church in Frankfurt, a baroque church built in 1678-1681, destroyed in 1944 and re...

Finally some decent weather! I've planned this particular one for about 2 months now, but we've had such terrible weather that it was moot in trying. Finally, today, we had some sunshine. The gigapan is taken from the top of the Kaufhof building at the end of the Zeil pedestrian zone, basically on the 8th floor. Taken ...
