  7. 18-Jul-09 Near the Tablelands of Gros Morne National Park, Newfoundland. Low tide on the beach allowed some of the group to go looking for the sea caves - a walk that became much longer than they'd anticipated! Thankfully, everyone returned safely, though much more drenched and tired than before.
