After my 1st attempt at this view from the Cathkin Braes (6D fitted with a 300mm lens), I returned to the same spot with the same setup, but this time with my 2x converter. Blackness Castle sits on the Banks of the forth in Edinburgh,Scotland, I am a lot happier with this stitch and quality although the blending is still pretty bad especially over by the grass on the right side.

A view across Duddingston Loch in Edinburgh.Duddingston loch has been classed as a nature reserve and has a large number of birds visit it each year I was hoping that when I took this you would have seen the herons in the trees on the far side but alas none seemed to be there when this was taken.
