The building is the famous taiwan hotel Yuan-Shan(www.grand-hotel.org/newsite/html/c/cindex.htm
). The moon was shifted because the nightshots is slow and the pano is large. There's bike-road in each side of the river as many people spend their weekends pedalling wheels.-

This was shoot at 21:30 and it took 50 minutes to complete all shots (5 seconds wait between shots). The dark sky has visible vignette effect which I still don't know how to avoid it.
