I'm an electronics engineer Wintering at the British Antarctic Survey's Halley VI Research Station as part of a complement of 14. Temperatures during my Winter have reached lows of -51.5C and winds peaking at over 60knots. My main role is looking after two the two atmospheric radars we have here. I've been living here since December 2011 and am due to leave February 2013.
