Paul Heckbert's Gear

Canon G11
A nice camera, 10 MP, smaller zoom range than my Canon SD 870, but higher image quality. It has electronic triggering, so I can use it on a GigaPan Epic Pro panohead.
GigaPan Epic Pro
panohead for DSLRs that I borrow, or other cameras (e.g. Canon G11) with electronic triggering
Sony RX100
A serious point-and-shoot camera: has a very large sensor (13.2 x 8.8 mm) for a camera this small, a fast lens that yields very good low-light performance, 3.6x zoom, and a 20 megapixel sensor. I like it!
GigaPan Epic 100
To use with my Sony RX100 camera.
