- Description

This gigapan is from the exact same spot as the Loreley gigapan, and it's really a detail shot of the "Burg Katz" of "Katz und Maus" or "Cat and Mouse" fame. It's that 14th century building up on the hill, which was built by the Count Neukatzenelnbogen and was the family seat of power. It forms part of a pair of castles, which are commonly called Cat and Mouse.
Technical details: 112 images, 14 columns by 8 rows. Considerable overlap keeps the final image size down somewhat.
