Muley Point is located at the southern extremity of Cedar Mesa in southern Utah. This commanding view encompases the Raplee Anticline, the Goosenecks of the San Juan River, Monument Valley, and Navajo Mountain, to highlight just a few of the snapshots that explorers are likely to discover. Unfortunately I was once again dealing with a partly cloudy sky, which makes for less than spectacular GigaPanning. Oh well - I guess I'll just have to revisit it on another trip.
You'll find a couple students and faculty of the Santa Barbara City College Geology Department populating the GigaPan - they made the excellent choice to camp at this spectacular point.
