The TEFKO2010 conference honors our colleague and friend, Professor Tefko Saracevic, on the occasion of his 80th birthday, with a research conference. And what better way to celebrate? Tefko has made a fundamental, profound and broad-ranging contribution to information science and to librarianship, and is among most cited researchers in our field. This conference aims to gather Tefko’s students, his co-authors, his collaborators, and his friends.

TEFKO2010 will be held on November 7-8 in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The conference will comprise a few invited talks and many contributed papers.
