The Mercado Hidalgo in the City of Guanajuato was opened in 1910, during the celebrations of the Centenary of the Mexican Independence, this year we will be celebrating the bicentenary of the Independence. It is a typical Mexican market, where if you look around will find many traditional items, from food to handcrats.
